b.      Lactic acidosis
c.       Acute renal failure
d.      Chronic renal failure
B.      Anion gap decreased in
a.      Increased unmeasured cations
b.      Severe hypermagnesaemia
c.       Severe hypercalcaemia
d.      Increased plasma lithium
Decreased plasma albumin.
